Diamond Town Car Reservation System
Houston, TX: Diamond Town Car has just implemented an online reservation and booking system called WebRerv.
Created for a plaintiff attorney in a rollover case, this chart was used by the engineering expert to educate the jury on relevant engineering terms.
This chronology chart was created for the defendant, a hospital, in a birth trauma case to illustrate the sequences of events and reinforce one of the case’s main defense themes: “The Nurses Responded Quickly and Appropriately.”
This was a companion chart to the “Clock Timeline” about the emergency room visit and was used to show the jury how each of the three doctors involved in the patient’s care had opinions as to what the other doctors should have done.
This chart was used by a plaintiff attorney to illustrate the events that occurred during a brief, but serious, visit to an emergency room after a fall at work from a step ladder.
This litigation graphic was designed for an employment whistleblower and free speech case (claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (free speech) and the Texas Whistleblower Act, TEX.) involving Assistant Medical Examiner, Dr. Murr (latter Murr Doyle).
